This neighboring high rise is 170,000 square feet of commercial space on the first three floors, topped by 248 residential units offering both rental and ownership opportunities with a focus on energy efficiency. The Galaxie is open and currently renting apartments. The amenities of the commercial spaces within the building begins with Festival Foods, a full-service Wisconsin family owned grocery store. Also located on the first 3 floors is Earth View Yoga, Omni Fight Club, Body Conscious pilates studio, and an Associated Bank. LJ's Sports Bar will open later this year.
